Inspired Style: Eleanor Bangles

We’re feeling so much positive energy & buzz surrounding the launch of our new Summer Collection! But what makes this new capsule so special, are the amazing stories behind the names of our newest pieces. All of our Glam Getaway earning Stylists had the honor of naming a piece of jewelry from our Summer and (upcoming) Fall Collections. From sisters, to daughters and everyting in between, we’re proud to share our first story with you, starring Eleanor, the grandmother of Platinum Director Alison Fuller!

“The Eleanor Bangle is named after my 96 year old grandmother Eleanor Wilber. She is the rock of our family, a true matriarch! She raised 4 children and now has 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. In the tradition of “Stella” and “Dot”, I thought it was the perfect tribute to my own personal beloved grandmother who raised a family, owned a Mexican restaurant with her sisters and of course, lived her life with style and grace.

A few weeks ago, my grandmother fell she and has been hospitalized ever since. I reached out to the Design team to see if I could get a picture of the piece that would be named Eleanor early so I could be sure to show it to my grandma, tell her the story and just be able to have that memory. A few days later, a package arrived on my doorstep, with samples of the Eleanor bangles. I was able to take them to my grandma, share the story with her and see the joy on her face! For her picture, she wanted the nurse to put on her pink sweater, comb her hair, and put on some lipstick. Even at the end of her life, she wanted to look pretty. Never in a million years did I ever think that a piece of jewelry would have such an impact!”
