Celebs Love Stella & Dot (the feeling is mutual) by Stella & Dot

The Genie is out of the Bottle

We dream of Genie and our sweetest dreams just came true. The Genie Awards (or the Canadian Oscars if you dare to go there with a Canadian) was a virtual Stella & Dot love fest last night. The red carpet was alive with Stella & Dot sightings that had stars like Twilight Series’ Rachelle Lefevre gushing. “Amazing coin necklace by Stella & Dot to wear to Genie Awards & now obsessed,” she tweeted to all her friends. And, customizing a La Coco Chain and Pendant at stelladot.com is apparently next on her “gotta have it” list.

Stella & Dot made more celebs happy in the celebrity gift lounge where we gifted each nominee and presenter with a special Stella & Dot swag bag and helped them with great new styling tips. Star style was popping up all over the event. In true rock fashion, Actress Shannon Tweed mixed metals with the Metropolitan Mixed Chain and the Adrienne Mixed Chain. Better to “Kiss” hubby Gene Simmons in. Twilight Saga: Eclipse actress Jodelle Ferland did her character Bree Tanner proud in her Adrienne Chain Earrings and Media maven Bonnie Fuller brought on the gorgeous with our fave Petra Fringe Earrings.

Other Stella & Dot sightings… Rising star Natalie Lisinska positively shimmered in her Nolita Necklace and, in fitting with her industry standing, Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television CEO Sara Morton looked regal in the Marrakesh Bib Necklace. Congrats to all who took home a Genie. Oh what a Stella & Dot filled night it was!

So many reasons to Celebrate

Essence Magazine hosted their 4th 2011 Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon, celebrating stars who help illuminate positive images of black women. Stella & Dot couldn’t wait to get to the Beverly Hills Hotel to honor Jennifer Hudson, Angela Bassett and so many amazing women in attendance, with the Bardot Spiral Bangle in Gold which was included in their gift bag
