Prep School Style! The Children’s Place Back to school 2012

Im sooo excited about the kiddos going back to school(if you could only see my expression) 🙂 I make sure to check into my GO-TO shopping spot The Children’s Place! This Falls collection is all about the Varsity Prep Style (cheerleader & Jock) with a bit of Gossip Girls inspired prep school blazer .

The collection is fun and fresh for the girls adding a spin on the school uniform with the sparkly cardigans,ballet slippers and varsity jackets. A few other looks for the season is Boho chic (paisley chiffon top,fringe purse,suede lace up back boots,lets not forget the essential faux fur vest to finish that look. Animal prints (which I tend to favor) are so adorable especially for the li’l ones since they now carry sizes newborn -24M the leopard cardigan is a “must have”.

I have boys so the graphic tees and denim selection are great with sizes for 4-14 and they recently added a skinny jean for boys too.Lots of plaids,cargos shorts and rugby shirts. One of my favorite items were the Bold mid top sneaker with neon laces and faux suede.

I was able to get some great finds and great deal at The Childrens Place on all the kids essentials,as I always do,and plan to return now in September to take advantage of the Place Cash that I received on this purchase. But I’m looking forward to the Holiday collection so I can have the boys pictures taken early this year before the Holiday Card Rush. Till next time!
