The Children’s #PLACEsummer Collection

Today I had the opportunity to do my seasonal shopping spree at my favorite Kids store The Childrens Place. I brought my bestie Vanessa along to shop for her 2 boys as well. We had a great time comparing outfits and making suggestion for each others kid. But we both had a favorite which was the Monkey Swim shorts and rashguard.

The #PLACEsummer Collection is all about the embellished tees bursting with color, flowers, belts, tie dyes and neon for the girls and pops of color on graphic rocker tees, plaids and polos for the boys. Since summer and vacations are just around the corner, I had to make sure to get the key items I needed for my son. We plan to fly abroad this summer to visit family,so I really loved the stripe polos and the pop of color chino shorts. I was totally digging the Hamptonred and the greenacres.

Little boys live to play outside all summer long. That’s why we’ve built our summer collection around their active lifestyle. All of our new, cool shorts and athletic tops are constructed in light breathable fabrics to wick away sweat and keep him feeling comfortable and bright pops of color to keep him looking fresh.”

One of the looks that I love that’s on trend for this summer in the girls collection is the romper,in both capri or jumpsuit which can be dressed up or down. And a girl can’t go without the hi-lo summer dress or a maxi dress available in paisley, floral, stripes and chevron prints. Best of all baby sis can have a matching outfit! At The Children’s Place, great values and styles can be found for all your summer needs!
