An Amazing recovery by Dr. Kent Brantly, the American Doctor infected with the Ebola virus disease. Dr. Brantly and Nancy Writebol both working for Samaritans Purse in Liberia, both infected with the Ebola Virus, were transported to Emory University earlier this month to undergo experimental treatment.

Emory’s staff is confident that the American patients’ discharges pose “no public health threat,” said Dr. Bruce Ribner, director of Emory’s Infectious Disease Unit.
