On November 3rd, in solidarity with the millions of severely malnourished people all over the world, I will be joining the Skip & Feed challenge. This movement asks that you skip lunch and donate what you would’ve spent to the Feed My Starving Children South Florida Community MobilePack through our Notaboutme.miami website. The funds raised will go towards packing 5.4 million meals for hungry children during our January Megapack event.
My challenge for you is to blast this image across all your social media platforms. As an added challenge, take a picture with empty hands and caption them with “I skipped ____ to feed hungry children.” This challenge is intended to create awareness, not to boast. So, please don’t take it as such. I appreciate your help with this and can’t wait to see those posts!
Skip lunch on November 3rd and donate your lunch money to Notaboutme.miami — $5 dollars feeds 22 children
South Florida volunteers will be packing 5.4 million meals for starving children. We will need 30,000+ volunteers ages 5-95 to serve a short 2.5 hour shift to get all of the meals packed.

A positive impact will be made both locally and globally through this event as 10% of the funds raised will go to a local program that currently feeds 1,200 children every week in Miami. Up to 15,000 children will receive a nutritious meal each day for a year as a result of this event. NOTE: VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION OPENS NOV. 9TH, 2015
