Rachel’s story was thrust into the light after her death by her friend, who too was shot and laid injured next to her. The teen details the final moments when she was asked about her faith in God. According to the reports, Rachel was asked if she believed in God before the shooters shot her point-blank in the head.
The movie is scheduled to be released in April 2016 with producer Chuck Howard noting the date was chosen as it is the 17th anniversary of the shooting and Rachel was 17 when she was shot and killed along with 11 of her classmates and a teacher.
