I recently received Jesus Today: Devotions for kids for review. My seven year old son and I read from a children’s bible nightly, so I was happy to be able to review this particular book with him. The writings in the devotional were as if Jesus was speaking to you. Each devotional is a short conversation from Jesus to the child accompanied by scripture verses. The devotionals are reassuring, and let’s children know the He is in control, He is good and an amazing future awaits those who put their hopes in Him. A nice addition is that the book also has a scripture index at the end of the book to reference. Both my son and I have enjoyed reading the devotionals together, although we are just a week in, we re looking to complete the devotional together. We loved the book, and would love th share a copy with one of my readers, please make sure to enter the contest below to win a copy of your own.
